Depends on what you’re after. Carpet tiles start around AED 25 per square metre for a basic nylon. Mid-range office grade sits at AED 45 to 80. Broadloom for hotels or executive floors runs AED 100 to 200. We quote after seeing the floor, because the subfloor condition changes the number.

 

Every product we install in a commercial space meets DCD fire safety standards. We hand over the certificates at the end of the job, ready for your facilities file. If your building management needs them before we start, we send them in advance. No chasing on your end.
